Surely the warmest and most pleasant stay in Casablanca I could have ever expected. Ahmed was extremely polite and professional. He masterly handled all my requests, at times even pre-empting some of them.
The breakfast consisting of nice Moroccan pancakes was served at a comfortable time. The interior of the place is stylish and makes the impression of the visit even more delightful. Next time I visit Casablanca, I will definitely go with Casa City Break.

Breakfast was very good, there was a lot of choice. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was the best. Not only were all of them super friendly and accommodating to every need, they also go the extra mile for the guests. After checking out early in the morning, my mom left her phone in the room because we were in a hurry to get to the train station.
They tried contacting me in every way. They sent me an email as well as called me to let me know they found it. We were still at the station at the time, so a staff member came with a taxi and brought the phone to us. They even explained to me how to rebook the tickets in case we missed our train. Luckily, because they were so fast, we got the phone back and we caught our train. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It’s one of the few hotels I saw in the recent past where staff were continuously cleaning surfaces, had working hand sanitizer and cured details such as tissues placed next to elevators. The hotel was in a good area where you can walk to some nearby cafés and restaurants and in about 30 minutes you can be at the Corniche. The room was a good size and was a short walk to the lifts and some fruits, dates and nuts were brought up shortly after check in. The pool and restaurants looked nice but we didn’t have time to enjoy the hotel to the fullest as we had an early flight to catch.

Beautiful hotel, very clean , rooms were stunning, hotel public area’s stunning. The pool area really lovely. The hotel was the perfect escape from the busy streets of Casablanca. Staff were also very good. Only thing is the shower is in the bedroom (with a kind of frosted glass), I and my partner didn’t mind. WC was hidden away though . Even with the shower in the room, it was still a gorgeous room.
